one. General disposition:
People who access this hotel establishment will be obliged to comply with these Regulations, in what does not contravene Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Tourism, Decree Law 13/2020, of May 18, by which extraordinary and urgent measures are established relating to hotel establishments, coordination of alerts, promotion of telematization, reactivation of the cultural sector and flexibility in various areas in the face of the situation caused by the coronavirus (of Hotel Management), and other applicable regulations.
two. Access, admission and stay in the establishment:
This hotel establishment is for public use and free access, with no restrictions other than those derived from legal provisions and these regulations. The admission and permanence of people in this establishment will only be denied for the following reasons:
to) Due to lack of accommodation capacity or facilities.
b) For not meeting the admission requirements established in
this regulation.
c) For adopting behaviors that may cause danger or
inconvenience to other users or to hinder the
normal development of activity.
When the circumstances indicated above or by the people incurring one or more of the restrictions listed above, the personnel responsible for the establishment may require them to abandon it, upon payment, where appropriate, of the accounts that are pending for provision. of services and consumption. If necessary, help will be requested from the security forces according to article 36 of the Tourism Law, and article 25 of the Hotel Management Decree.
It is expressly stated that free access to the facilities, services and accommodation of this hotel establishment will not be denied or restricted, to those who wish, for reasons of sex, disability, with or without a guide dog, religion, opinion or any other personal or social circumstance.
3. Check-in and admission document:
The person or persons who wish to make use of the accommodation units, of the common facilities and, where appropriate, of the complementary services detailed in these Regulations, must present their identification documents for the purpose of their admission and registration in the establishment register. Once the person or persons have been registered, the establishment will formulate an admission document that will include the name, category and registration number of the establishment, number or identification of the assigned accommodation, number of people who will occupy it, dates of entry and exit and diet that they have arranged and, when hiring directly, also the price of accommodation. Said admission document, completed in duplicate copy, must be signed by the interested party to formalize their admission, once informed of the existence of these Regulations and their rights and obligations. The original will be delivered to the user and the copy will remain in the possession of the establishment.
The complementary services offered and provided by this establishment or by other persons or entities are detailed in the reception. These complementary services will be formalized in their corresponding documents and will be settled according to the conditions agreed in your case.
Four. Rights and obligations of users
Users may freely access the establishment and remain in it with the limitations contained in these regulations.
Users have the right to:
• To receive truthful, complete information and prior to contracting the services offered.
• That, in these services, care is taken for their safety, privacy and tranquility,
• To correspond to the agreed conditions,
• To be given an invoice with the regulatory formalities, for the services contracted directly and
• That, if they want to make a complaint, they will be given the complaint forms.
Users are obliged to observe the rules contained in these regulations, which they expressly accept upon signing the admission document, and those issued by the Directorate on safety, coexistence and hygiene for proper use of the establishment.
Users must prove their condition, showing the admission document when required, respect the facilities and equipment of this establishment and pay the amount of the services contracted at the time of presentation of the invoice or according to the conditions agreed upon in the article. 21 of the Decree Law. The presentation of any claim does not exempt the obligation to pay for the contracted services.
5. Hotel company rights and obligations
This establishment may seek the help of the agents of the authority to evict from its dependencies users who do not comply with this regulation, who intend to access or remain in them for a purpose other than the normal use of the hotel service and also, where appropriate, to people who are not registered as users, attendees of banquets, conventions, etc.
Accommodation units can only be accessed by people registered for this purpose, as stated in Article 2.e of the Decree Law.
This establishment can request a guarantee of payment for the contracted services, in accordance with the applicable regulations and to charge the corresponding account in the users account for damages or defects that occur in the facilities, furniture and elements of the establishment due to negligence or wrong use of those.
The hours of the different consumption, use and enjoyment services may also vary throughout the seasons, depending on the seasonality, reserving the right to not admit users outside said hours or when the maximum authorized capacities are exceeded or when request within the limits of admission, thereby damaging the work schedule of these services. The aforementioned services, the details of their scheduled hours, their prices and the conditions of use, are exposed in the accesses to them and, in summary, in the existing directories in the accommodations, which also contain information on the evacuation plan for cases of emergency and services that are free.
This establishment has the obligation to:
* give their prices the maximum publicity at reception and have them available to users.
* inform these users, before hiring, of the conditions for the provision of services and their prices, as well as providing them with the highest quality, according to their category and in the contracted terms.
* take care that users are given a correct treatment, watching to attend and keep facilities and services in good condition.
* have claim forms and report their existence.
* provide users who are unable to attend, for incurring excess reservations, accommodation in an establishment in the same area, of the same group, modality, where appropriate, specialty, and of identical or superior category. The expenses or surcharges that are caused by such cause will be borne by this establishment which, on the contrary, will return to the user the differences that may arise in their favor.

6. Periods of occupation of the accommodation units:
Users have the right to occupy the accommodation unit from 12 noon on the first day of the contracted period until 12 noon on the day indicated as the departure date. However, on dates of maximum occupancy, the provision of the accommodation unit may be delayed by two hours. By agreement between the parties, a different occupation regime may be agreed, which, if applicable, must be reflected in the admission document. The extension in the occupation of the accommodation unit for a longer time than the contracted will cause the duty to pay one more day and, in the event that the user wants to stay longer than specified in the admission document, there must always be agreement between the parties.
7. Prices, invoices and information
The hotel establishment is not responsible for the price, nor for the use of supplies, equipment and other services provided outside the hotel establishment, nor for the behavior of non-hotel personnel, unless expressly stated in its conditions and rates.
The rates with the prices and conditions of the different types of accommodation, restaurant services, laundry and complementary services of its own and of persons or entities outside are detailed in reception available to users who request them.
The invoicing of accommodation rates will be computed by days and according to the number of overnight stays. The minimum billing for accommodation will be the amount of an overnight stay or day, understood to be finished at 12 noon the day after the date of entry.
The establishment may require its users, at any time and prior to the presentation of the invoice and its vouchers, the payment of the services rendered outside the accommodation, even when the payment of this has been agreed in advance.
The legal or physical persons that, on their own, provide complementary services in dependencies of this hotel establishment, are responsible for their staff and their behavior, their operation, maintenance, price regime and for everything inherent in their own services. In each of these dependencies the owner of the same will be clearly identified.
In the accommodation units there is also a directory with information on the prices of the most common services.
Invoices will only be provided for accommodation and services contracted directly by users.
8. Reception
At reception, the necessary procedures will be carried out to admit people to the establishment and keys or cards will be kept to access the accommodation. The Director, together with the reception staff and, where appropriate, the concierge, are the managers or centers of relationship with the users for all the internal affairs of the hotel establishment and for information and advice thereof.
9. Safety boxes
In each accommodation there is a safety box installed for use by whoever wishes. The directories that exist in these accommodations indicate this service and its conditions of acceptance and use. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of objects or values that are not deposited in these boxes. In any case, the hotel will only be responsible for theft or loss of objects found in the safe deposit boxes of the accommodation units.
10. Laundry-dry cleaning
In each accommodation you will find information with the conditions of these services, their prices and delivery times and return of garments. The establishment is not responsible for garments that, due to their conditions or compositions of use, shrink, discolor or deteriorate.
11. Early breakfast service
If a customer has his departure before the restaurant's operating time, he can enjoy a cold picnic breakfast. To access this cold breakfast you must notify the reception the day before the date on which this service must be provided.
12. Various
The use of elevators is not permitted for minors without the accompaniment of a responsible adult.
Access to the establishment of animals is allowed, not being allowed access to the restaurant and they must always be accompanied.
It is not allowed to wander through the spaces and common areas without shoes and with a naked torso.
From 10 pm it is mandatory to keep due silence in the corridors and accommodation in order not to disturb the rest of other users.
Half board consists of breakfast and dinner.
The letters or rates of the bars and restaurants identify the products that correspond to breakfast and dinner. Those not identified as such will be billed at their fare prices. Telephone, laundry services will be billed at fare prices.
It is not allowed to hang clothes on the terrace railings or windows.
The use, consumption or possession of dangerous products and substances is expressly prohibited in all areas and dependencies of this establishment, in application of the current legislation on public health.
In order to guarantee the security, privacy and tranquility of users, this hotel establishment has technical electronic surveillance devices, with permanent recording elements, in general or common areas.
Cooking in the rooms is strictly prohibited, as is the use of electrical appliances such as water heaters without authorization from management.
MINORS: Room reservations or stays in them by minors unaccompanied by an adult who is responsible for them at all times will not be accepted. The hotel may require the written authorization of the person responsible for the minor together with a photocopy of his ID, by any means that proves conformity with the minor's stay at the hotel (fax, mail, etc.).
Smoking is not allowed in any of the hotel premises.
Article 25. Internal regulations.
1. Hotel establishments must have internal regulations that will establish mandatory rules for users during their stay, without contravening the provisions of Law 13/2011, of December 23, nor in this Chapter.
2. The internal regulations will always be available to users and will be exposed, at least, in Spanish and English, in a visible and easily accessible place of the establishment. This regulation must be published on the establishment's own website, if it exists.
3. The operating companies of the hotel establishments may seek the assistance of the Security Forces and Bodies to evict from them those who do not comply with the rules of the internal regime, do not comply with the usual rules of social coexistence or seek to access or remain in them with a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of article 36.4 of Law 13/2011, of December 23.

4. The internal regulations will specify, as a minimum:
a) The admission conditions.
b) The rules of coexistence and operation.
c) Information on the administrative organization and responsible person to whom, where appropriate, they should contact in matters relating to the operation of the establishment.
d) List of complementary services provided by companies other than the operating entity and identification of the companies responsible for their provision.
e) Information to users about the facilities or services that pose a risk and the security measures adopted in this regard
f) Admission of animals and conditions for such admission.
g) In general, all the circumstances that allow and favor the normal development of the enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services.
